Lead time varies by collection. Standard dining tables and bedroom sets ship in 4–8 weeks. Complete living room collections and office builds run 6–10 weeks. Fireplace surrounds and large custom builds range from 8–14 weeks. Artisan lighting ships in approximately 3–4 weeks. We confirm your exact lead time at the time of order.

Yes — full customization is standard, not an upgrade. Every WRD piece is built to your exact specifications: custom length, width, height, wood species, steel finish, leather grade, leather color, hardware finish, engraving content, and any structural modifications. If you can describe it, we can build it.

Yes. WRD design consultations are available by phone, video call, or in-person by appointment. Our team reviews room dimensions, existing finishes, photos of the space, and your intended use before recommending materials and configurations. Consultations are complimentary for all serious projects.

Additional species are available on request. All reclaimed wood is individually sourced and selected for grain density, age character, and structural integrity.

Is the wood truly reclaimed — or new wood made to look old?

WRD reclaimed wood is genuine salvaged hardwood recovered from decommissioned barns, industrial buildings, and structural timbers — not new wood artificially distressed. The grain character, nail holes, saw marks, and surface history are real. Each board has its own age story that cannot be replicated with a finish technique.

Every WRD piece carries a structural warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Frames, joints, and hardware are warranted against failure under normal residential use. Surface finishes are warranted against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
